INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |

We accept international orders as described below. Just email or fax us and indicate which products you would like to order. We will respond with a quotation including shipping to your location.
Please provide all necessary shipping address information in your correspondence.
Minimum Order -Our minimum order is R$ 300,00 or $150.00 USD, excluding shipping charges. Our quotation will include the total value of the products selected as well as the shipping charges.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the import duty (if any) and any special handling charges required to receive your shipment. You can check with your local International shipping company (DHL, Federal Express) or Post Office in your country for the approximate import charges and fees.
Shipping Method - We ship exclusively using the Brazilian Post Office with special tracking capabilities. We will provide a tracking number and you can track your shipment via the Internet to verify its progress.
We will securely pack your order to insure safe arrival at your destination. Each shipment is fully insured by the Brazilian Post Office for a small additional cost which will noted in our quotation.

Returns - We do not accept returns. We will of course discuss and resolve any problem with your shipment in reference to missing or wrong items. Breakage of items due to packaging failure will be discussed with the shipper and a determination of responsibility will be arranged and adjustments made.
